Just the simple combination of doing exercise and eating a healthy, well-balanced nutritious diet that promotes weight loss.
Exercise would be in the forms of cardio workout (running, walking, swimming, dancing, biking.....), 3-4 times per week for at least 30 minutes per session.
Then, throw in a round of muscle strengthening exercises (3-4 times per week for say 20 minutes per session) that target at your major muscle groups (arms, thighs, legs, back, shoulders, chest, abs, butts and hips), which helps you not only strengthening these muscles but also building beautiful lean muscle mass into them, giving them leaner and sleeker shapes and forms.
Then, together with the healthy diet, follow this calorie balance rule - to maintain weight, you need to burn the same number of calories you consume.
